Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will supervise workers, coordinate with contractors, and ensure that homes are built according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities on residential construction sites
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers
• Ensure construction work follows approved plans, building codes, and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues when they arise
• Manage construction materials, tools, and equipment on site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a residential construction supervisor or similar role
