Construction Site Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Construction Site Foreman to supervise construction workers and oversee daily operations at the job site. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project plans and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and laborers
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and project managers
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and construction materials
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and report progress to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a construction foreman or site supervisor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and meet project deadlines
