We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage and maintain the inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure proper storage, accurate record-keeping, and timely distribution of materials required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
  • Maintain proper storage and organization of construction materials and tools
  • Issue materials and equipment to site staff as required
  • Keep accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and material usage
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or damages
  • Coordinate with suppliers and site supervisors regarding material requirements
  • Ensure the store area remains clean, safe, and well organized

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a store keeper or inventory assistant (preferably in construction)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and record keeping
  • Familiarity with construction materials and tools is an advantage
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to use basic computer systems or inventory software
