Site Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee and manage daily construction site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction site activities and manage site staff and subcontractors
• Ensure work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor construction progress and report updates to project managers
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and labor on site
• Inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues or delays
• Maintain site documentation, reports, and schedules

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar construction management role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site operations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
